C-49 BRIDGE OVERHANG BRACKET

NON STOCK All Dayton Superior Bridge Overhang Brackets–including C49 Bridge Overhang Brackets–are designed with maximum adjustibility to meet the varied overhang forming requirements on either structural steel or precast/prestressed concrete beams. Can easily be mounted to steel beams, precast concrete beams and concrete box beams with the appropriate hanger devices.

C-49-D OVERHANG BRACKET

NON STOCK The C49D - Bridge Overhang Bracket - D has all of the features of the C49 bracket but has longer vertical and diagonal legs. The longer legs, and resulting increase in adjustment, allow the bracket to be used on deep structural steel beams to position the construction load transfer near the beam's bottom flange.

C-67 Tie Bar Beam Clip Pre-stress Hanger is an ideal half hanger for supporting overhang formwork over stay-in-place decking. These half hangers are fabricated with the strut wire formed into a “J” shape so it engages the edge of the flange. A 90° interlock end clip is welded to the strut wire to provide increase capacity. This hanger is furnished with a 90° end clip that accepts a 1/2" diameter coil rod or bolt. Other sizes and configurations available. Contact technical service for assistance.

C52 - 2 X 4 GUARD RAIL RECEPTACLE

NON STOCK The C52 and C53 Guardrail Receptacles are designed to facilitate placement of guardrail posts on the exterior formwork. The C52 receptacle bolts securely to the C54 Bridge Overhang Bracket Extender and accepts 2x4 guardrail posts. The C53 receptacle attaches to the flat 2x6 which is nailed to the channels of the overhang bracket and accepts 2x6 guardrail posts.
