PATCHCRETE 1-GALLON ONLY

MIXING - PATCHCRETE may be mixed in a mortar mixer, with a heavy duty low-to-medium speed drill or by hand. Always use a clean mixing container. Place PATCHCRETE Acrylic Polymer #1003 in container and add PATCHCRETE Powder #1005, mixing while adding powder. DO NOT ADD WATER. Added water will reduce strength and bonding. Mix for 2 to 3 minutes until a smooth, lump-free mixture is obtained. Mixing time should not exceed 3 minutes. DO NOT OVERMIX and DO NOT entrap air while mixing.

The P52 swift lift anchor is hot forged from carbon steel. The formed head provides spherical seating that the lifting eye engages, while a disc-shaped foot is embedded in the concrete. Due to its being a forged part, the swift lift anchor does not depend on welds or thread engagement to develop its safe working load. Forging provides maximum safety with its advantageous material structure.

The P51 lifting eye fits into the recess formed by the recess plug and engages the spherical head of the P52 Swift Lift® Anchor. The connection of the eye to the anchor can only be accomplished with the ball of the lifter facing the surface of the concrete. Accidental disengagement is prevented by a gravity-actuated safety pin. The P51 Swift Lift® Lifting Eye is available in two sizes that are recommended for tilt-up edge lift applications. The 2-Ton unit that mates with the 9/16” diameter Swift Lift® anchor and the 4-Ton unit that utilizes the 3/4” diameter anchor. P-51 Swift Lift® Lifting Eye is available in 2T, 4T and 8T.

P-100 FLOWCRETE/PATCHCRETE PRIMER

P-100 is an excellent quick drying primer and surface bonder with extremely high solids count. It is a film forming, VOC compliant and will re-emulsify only one time, eliminating moisture sensitivity. P-100 is required to be used as a primer with FLOWCRETE, SUPER FLOWCRETE, CAST-PATCH and POWER-CRETE. It can also be used as a surface primer for other concrete toppings and as an integral polymer modifier for cement mortars.
