SPECCHEM SPEC FILM RTU - Ready-to-use Evaporation Retardant/Finishing aid
SpecFilm is a ready-to-use evaporation retardant and finishing aid on concrete flatwork of all types. When sprayed over fresh concrete, SpecFilm forms a thin, continuous film that prevents rapid moisture loss from the concrete surface. SpecFilm is especially effective when concreting operations must be performed in direct sun, wind, high temperatures, or low relative humidity. Significantly reduces plastic shrinkage and cracking caused by evaporation in low humidity, high temperatures and high winds Allows use of lower slump and lower water to cement ratio concrete Reduces wind crusting, stickiness, and sponginess, which often cause poor and uneven surface texture. Dyed pink as visual application aid. VOC compliant Helps minimize surface cracking due to early water loss of silica fume concrete Aids in finishing concrete and repair mortars that produce little or no bleed water such as micro silica or mixes containing no air entrainment. SpecEtch is a spray-applied, chemical surface retarder specifically formulated to expose the aggregate in freshly placed horizontal concrete. SpecEtch is designed to not alter the natural color of the aggregate or concrete, making it ideal for creating decorative finishes. SPECCHEM SPECFLOW - Premium Self-Leveling Underlayment
SpecFlow is a cement-based, non-shrinking, self-leveling floor underlayment designed for interior use. This single-component product produces a smooth subfloor that can be feather edged and is compatible with adhesives for carpet and tile. Just mix SpecFlow with water, pour or pump, and it will seek its own level to produce a smooth, flat hard surface. Self-leveling, requiring no troweling Can be featheredged without fear of chipping or spalling. Produces a smooth, blemish-free surface, requiring no grinding or sanding Is compatible with subsequent adhesives for carpet, tile and the like. SpecFlow, when properly mixed, produces a flowable underlayment with a flow time of 20 minutes at 70 degrees F. Available in 50 lb. bags, with coverage approximately 24 sq.-ft. at 1/4 inch thickness.

SpecPlug is a fast-setting hydraulic cement mortar designed to instantly stop water flow through holes and cracks in concrete and masonry. It expands as it sets without shrinking or oxidizing, ensuring a durable repair. Single-component, easy to use by just adding water. Expands to form a strong, watertight bond to the substrate. Sets in approximately 3-5 minutes, rapidly stopping flowing water. Suitable for both vertical and underwater applications. Certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for safe contact with potable water. Available in 10 lb pails and 50 lb pails.
SPECCHEM SPECPOXY CJ - 100% solids, Semi-Rigid Epoxy Control Joint Filler
SpecPoxy C.J. is a two-component, semi-rigid epoxy designed for filling control and construction joints in industrial concrete floors. It supports joint edges, reducing spalling caused by wheel traffic and complies with ACI 302, section 4.10 recommendations for epoxy joint fillers. Easy 1 to 1 mix ratio and pourable gray consistency. High elongation to resist tearing due to excessive movement. Moisture insensitive to cure in damp environments. Semi-rigid flexibility, not welding slabs together or becoming brittle with age. Optimum hardness to transfer wheel loads while allowing moderate movement. Available in 2 gallon and 10 gallon units.
