NON STOCK Si-COAT 579 is a single component, moisture cure, room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) coating that provides long-lasting protection from corrosion in above grade applications in both new and retrofit locations. Typical applications include structural steel, bridges, machinery and equipment, areas with heavy corrosion, tank exteriors, metal roofs, cladding, etc. Si-COAT is ideal where coverage is essential and high levels of protection, adhesion, elasticity and longevity are desired.

SI-COAT 531 ANTI-GRAFFITI- CLEAR - 1 GAL OR 5 GAL
NON STOCK Si-COAT 531 is a clear, semi-gloss, permanent (non-sacrificial) one coat anti-graffiti protective coating suitable for use over metal, concrete, brick, stone, wood, fiberglass and pre-existing coatings. This single component, room temperature vulcanizing (RTV), moisture cure polysiloxane product provides excellent durability and long service life. As a result of its specific chemistry, Si-COAT 531 forms chemical bonds with the host surface to enhance adhesion properties without the need for abrasive blasting, priming, and extensive site preparation. Due to the hydrophobicity of the coating, graffiti can easily be removed from protected surfaces, simply using water under low pressure -1200 psi (ASTM D7089 -06 Cleanability Level One).

A longtime favorite of contractors and other professionals, BLUE BEAR® Soy Gel™ 600GL Coatings Remover works on nearly all types of coatings. It clings to vertical surfaces, encapsulates coatings and migrates through multiple layers, down to wood, metal, brick or concrete. Made with American-grown soybeans, it’s low-odor, non-caustic and biodegradable. Powerful formula removes topical sealers, acrylics, enamels, urethanes, latex, some epoxies, other single-component coatings and lead-based paint*. No methylene chloride Average coverage of 125 square feet per gallon on horizontal surface and 75 square feet per gallon on vertical surface. Typically provides three times the coverage rate of traditional petroleum-based removers. *Lead becomes encapsulated in the gel, preventing airborne particles and allowing for safe removal.
