It clings to vertical surfaces, encapsulates coatings and migrates through multiple layers, down to wood, metal, brick or concrete. Made with American-grown soybeans, it’s low-odor, non-caustic and biodegradable. Powerful formula removes topical sealers, acrylics, enamels, urethanes, latex, some epoxies, other single-component coatings and lead-based paint*. No methylene chloride Average coverage of 125 square feet per gallon on horizontal surface and 75 square feet per gallon on vertical surface. Typically provides three times the coverage rate of traditional petroleum-based removers. *Lead becomes encapsulated in the gel, preventing airborne particles and allowing for safe removal.
